Danny Allen Huffer
TITUSVILLE, Fla. – Danny Allen Huffer, 82, formerly of Kempton, Ind., died Monday, April 26, 2021 at his home in Titusville, Fla.
He was born Aug. 7, 1938 in Pickard, Ind. to Kenneth E. and Luetta F. (Biddle) Huffler. He was raised by his grandparents, Levi and Lettie (Morrison) Huffer.
He married Victoria (Vicki) R. Melvin Oct. 14, 1978. They have one daughter, Jennifer Marie Huffer. They both survive and live in Titusville, Fla.
He served in the Kempton unit of the Indiana National Guard, was a Mason and had been a member of the Kempton Lions Club and Kempton Christian Church.
He had worked at Herb Storms’ Service Station in Kempton, Millbanks Manu-facturing Company in Kokomo and the Speedway Station on Alto Road in Kokomo.
Besides his wife and daughter, he is survived by a half sister, Diana Sue Ewing of Lafayette and a large extended family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents and three half brothers, Kenneth (Kippy) Huffer, Tom Phillips and Steve Phillips.
His ashes will be buried in the Kempton Cemetery in Kempton, Ind. at a later time.
